It's ya boi, Dank Slenderman. The resident medical cryptid of the isles has been around, but for the most part has kept to his very predictable schedule wherein he is only ever in the clinic or the Denny at any given moment. (And yes, he still lives inside the clinic.) The various events over the past few months have been...extremely unpleasant, but it is the near-total absence of people coming to the clinic to have their injuries treated that has really started to grate at the good doctor - to the point where he's *this close* to just making 'random' house calls to people he knows have taken a beating. Because gosh darn it if it ain't his job to do it.
But on the other hand, Faust's relationships with the clinic staff as well as a certain synthetic have awoken the good doctor's long-dormant sense of companionship, and for all his hidden gripes...he's actually kind of happy? Sure he's still upset he's stuck in some fucked up corner of the dreamscape (or at least, that's his theory of what LifeAftr actually is), but he's met some really good people that'd he be very distraught over losing.
Oh, and Héctor still spooks him, but he'd rather be spooked than upset one of his only friends in this horrible place.
